I have tried to add some extra css to the template in the Template designer within the blogger management. So far the changes that I make seem to appear in the html when I dump the screen to a page that shows the html. However the text is still not justified. Applying the same css (or style to a paragragh tag) using my website editor the justification seems to be applied.
